Managing Director and General Partner
Nikhil Manchharam is the Managing Director and General Partner of Langley Investments, an experienced lodging investment platform dedicated to institutional hospitality investing. With an established career in hospitality advisory with JLL and HVS International and real estate firms Starwood Capital and Starwood Hotels, Nikhil specializes in applying an investment framework — blending strategic models with fundamental professional insights — to systematically source, score, and select hotel-related investments across private and public markets.
Nikhil’s background spans institutional investment and asset management, technical valuation and advisory across global lodging hospitality operations and management, and venture capital mentoring. He completed Masters of Hospitality and Real Estate at ESSEC Business School and IMHI – Cornell Hotel Society and a double degree from the University of Rochester in Bachelor of Arts & Sciences in Economics and English with a concentration in Business Marketing from the Simon School of Business.
